Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and products are in unworn, new condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or use your preferred shipping method to our Texas warehouse.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
